Who We Are

CEM Tax & Financial Planning specializes in the tax and financial planning needs of US Government and Military employees and contractors worldwide.    

As a US Foreign Service spouse for the past nine years, proprietor Christine Elsea Mandojana, CPA, understands the tax and financial planning challenges that US Government and Military employees and contractors assigned overseas and in the US face.  With more than sixteen years of professional accounting experience working in the top global accounting firms; in the financial services and government industries; and for CEM Tax & Financial Planning, Christine is well positioned to offer tax and financial planning services tailored to US Government and Military families.  All members of her professional team are qualified and experienced in US Government life. 

 

What We Do

CEM Tax & Financial Planning welcomes US Government and Military employees and contractors worldwide as clients.  As of 2008, we service clients in five foreign countries, in the Washington, DC area and in other US cities.   

CEM Tax & Financial Planning offers specialized tax planning and preparation services.  We offer e-filing for Federal and most State tax returns.
